个人简介

苗蕾教授从事能源材料中的热电转换和气凝胶材料的创新合成及其在可再生能源和节能领域的应用研究。曾入选中国科学院“百人计划”引进国外杰出人才,广西自治区的“八桂学者”,日本学术振兴会研究员,“领航100”广东亿元青年领军企业“科技特派员”。2004年毕业于日本名古屋工业大学,获工学博士学位。现任桂林电子科技大学教授,兼日本精细陶瓷研究中心材料技术研究所客座研究员。中国硅酸盐学会特陶分会和热电分会理事。

近五年来承担国内外各类科研项目多项,包括主持国家自然科学基金2项、国家科技部863项目,广西科技厅创新团队,中国科学院国际合作重点及省部产学研重点项目等。自2003年以来在国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文140多篇,其中SCI收录论文110篇,EI收录论文127篇。第一作者38篇,通信作者72篇。国际会议特邀报告20次,发明专利31件,授权25件,转化2件。应邀参编著作一本,代表论文SCI他引1300次;转化2件(专利转让费480万元和产值的5%,已经完成中试生产,产品销售后获得用户好评,为我国建筑领域节能开发了新材料)。应邀参编日语著作1本。 2013年广州市优秀女科技工作者奖,项目“太阳能利用型热电/光电功能材料的制备”获2012年广东省科学技术三等奖(自然科学类,第1完成人)。项目“超级绝热纳米冻干胶的制备”2011年日本陶瓷学会颁发的中日陶瓷科学技术交流奖1项。在桂林电子科技大学材料学院组建了热电转换材料与器件团队,引进2名外籍教授,2名副教授和1名讲师,搭建了热电材料和隔热材料二个研究实验平台和相关的测试系统。建成了物理气相沉积实验室、化学合成实验室和材料物性设计和预测的理论计算平台。
